Endourology

Endourology is a sub-discipline that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of stones in the urinary tract and kidneys. Treatments can be done in many ways, depending on the size and frequency of the stones. Percutaneous interventions or ESWL (kidney stone breaking) can be given as examples.
