There are many products on the market for breast enlargement, but they have no proven evidence of efficacy. The tablets used in this regard are dangerous enough to even cause breast cancer due to their hormonal content. On the other hand, cream formulations look more innocent. However, the long-term consequences of its alleged effect are not yet known. In addition, it is not an appropriate alternative to surgery.
It is usually not felt because some breast tissue covers the prosthesis. In particular, it is not possible to feel a prosthesis placed under the muscle by touching it. In cases where there is very little breast tissue, some of the prosthesis may remain under the skin, but even the skin is sufficient to prevent the prosthesis from being felt clearly.
The rupturing of the implant is a rare occurrence. The implant forms a sheath within the breast months after the surgery, and the eruption is sometimes self-limiting and cannot be understood beyond this sheath. However, some complications extend over this sheath and may be manifest with pain, redness, and deterioration in the shape of the breast. You should contact your doctor in case of these symptoms.
Tummy tuck surgery can be applied to people with loosening and sagging abdominal skin, people with excess skin along with fat in the abdomen, patients with large stretch marks on their abdomen, and patients whose abdominal muscles are relaxed to the point of causing a gap between them.
With breast lift surgery, breast sagging caused by birth, breastfeeding, weight gain, and genetic reasons can be corrected. Breast lift surgery can also regulate differences in the breasts and asymmetrical disorders. Breast lift operations aim to restore the deformed breast to its former form. After all, it is possible to reshape, straighten, and make the breasts appear tighter by lifting the breast tissue.
Sagging of the breasts is usually expressed by the level of the nipple and the under-breast line, that is, by the level of the inframammary fold. If the breast sagging is at or slightly closer to the inframammary fold, there is a slight sagging and this slight sagging can be erected by removing the tissue around the areola (brown area). If the nipple is 1 to 3 cm below the breast line, there is a moderate sagging condition. In these cases, breast lift surgery is performed in full by removing more skin. In this operation, there will be an incision around the areola as well as a vertical line descending to the lower part of the breast.
If the nipple is more than 3 cm below the inframammary fold, there is advanced ptosis. In such cases, mastopexy is applied to leaving an inverted T-shaped scar. As a result of the operation, a horizontal scar will remain under the breast. With mastopexy, the breast can take a full cone shape or a round shape.
Rhinoplasty is one of the most preferred aesthetic applications. It is not performed only to reduce or enlarge the size of the nose, it is also applied to reshape the tip of the nose, open the nose and upper lip and remove the arch in the upper part of the nose. There may be cases where patients need to add tissue or cartilage for the appropriate shape of the nose determined by the person’s facial proportions. These additions can be made with only a single operation. Rhinoplasty provides correction of nasal aesthetics, restoration of breathing functions, and regulation of the patient's psychological expectations. The nose, located in the middle of the face, is the most prominent and conspicuous organ of the human being. Therefore, in expert hands, rhinoplasty has the potential to improve both the functionality of the nose and the aesthetic appearance of the patient.
In cases where the male breasts take a feminine shape, the most accurate procedure that can be applied to the patients is gynecomastia surgery. There may be several reasons for the formation of female-type breast tissue in men. These occur in liver diseases, cirrhosis, drug use, and some types of cancer, which occur together with hormonal imbalances under the influence of some drugs. Although patients think that their breasts will get smaller as they lose weight, they become more apparent.
There are 3 main types of gynecomastia: Glandular gynecomastia, mixed gynecomastia and lipomatous (false gynecomastia). While glandular-type gynecomastia causes a feminine look due to an increase in breast tissue, there is an increase in adipose tissue in lipomatous-type gynecomastia. In the case of mixed gynecomastia, there is an increase and excess in both breast tissue and breast adipose tissue.
Aesthetic fillers, which can be used in many parts of the face and body for aesthetic purposes, are frequently used in areas such as nasolabial lines, cheeks, lips, cheekbones and chin tips. Due to the sensitivity of the under-eye area and the thinness of the skin, the homogeneous spread of the filling in the under-eye area is the most important criterion for achieving a right under-eye light filling. Using under-eye light filling in sunken areas on the cheeks and under the eyes, bags on the lower eyelid and dark circles under the eyes can be treated.
